• you fulfill the defined sales goals and strategy to accomplish the planned profitability
• prepare leasing offers while respecting standard conditions and internal and external guidelines
• you collect and analyze information on the creditworthiness of clients
• you cooperate the credit risk management during the approval procedure and collect
• you cooperate with the back-office colleagues for contract administration
• you prepare the leasing application
• you monitor the market and set counter-measures if possible 

• have solid experience in the corporate banking or leasing customer business of a financial service provider
• are a person with strong relationships and are well connected in Greater Belgrade
• act on your own initiative and are a stable personality with pleasure in selling
• stay on line under pressure and assert yourself with tact and sensitivity 
• accept challenges and enjoy starting up something new
